Tennessee Foam Fabricators, LLC (TFFL) is a new name backed by decades of foam industry excellence. Founded in April 2025, TFFL emerged from the legacy of Energy Systems, Inc. (ESI), a respected EPS fabricator established in 1999. Under new ownership by Steve Tourville, we continue a proud tradition of crafting custom foam solutions with speed, precision, and care.
